Terms & Conditions

 REFUND POLICY:

The following only applies to items available in my shop. It does not apply to custom order requests
  • Orders are only refundable if cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After which:
  • Orders are non-refundable with the exception of shipping charges which will be refunded. 
  • If you need to modify your delivery date, please contact me however I can't always guarantee availability.

Orders are non-refundable after the 2 hour cancellation window as order scheduling and prep begins immediately after you place your order. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Scheduling the production time required to complete your order.
  • Determining a ship date to meet the selected delivery date. 
  • Acquiring necessary ingredients, tools & equipment to complete an order.
  • Ordering materials and supplies required to package your item(s): boxes, bags, bows, gift tags, shredded paper
  • Ordering packing materials to prepare an order for shipment (bubble wrap, shipping tape, shipping boxes)
  • The production of cookie dough and icing.
  • Theme research:  finding & compiling artwork
  • Design time: Sketching, choosing color schemes, typography, design & layout. Plus time spent communicating back-and-forth to finalize details.

When you make a purchase, I schedule the required production time to complete your order.  Your order will be scheduled around existing orders. All other potential orders due within your reserved time are declined.  Declined order requests cannot be recovered should you change your mind or need to cancel. 

Items are also non-refundable due to shipping delays as I cannot control what happens once an item is in transit.  I always schedule ship dates in order to meet the requested delivery dates however, I cannot be held responsible for unforseen circumstances due to weather and/or carrier staffing shortages.  I also do not issue refunds for damaged items. I do everything I can to make sure your cookies are well-packed, labeled for safe-handling and arrive at the carrier facility in perfect condition. I cannot, however,  be held responsible for what happens once a shipment leaves my possession. Please contact me should you have any issues with the condition of your item(s) upon arrival and send photos of your shipment BEFORE and AFTER opening the shipping box.
