Can I pre-order my item now for future delivery?

Yes, at checkout you may select a date to receive your order using the date picker. To receive items on different dates, you will need to place separate orders. If no future date is selected, your order will ship according to normal lead times. Please note: items with two different lead times will ship based on whichever lead time is longest.

How long will my cookies stay fresh if unopened?

All cookies come bagged and heat sealed for freshness and will remain soft in unopened packaging for about a week and a half. Do not refrigerate your cookies.

How long does it take to make my order?

Production time is based on order size and difficulty. All items are made to order and will be made as close to your ship date as possible.

What if I need to order a large number of boxed sets?

Please contact me before ordering large quantities.

Can I personalize my item?

Not all items can be personalized. If personalization is available, it will be noted in the description and there will be a text box to enter personalization details.
